Booking and Deposits

A $25 Deposit required to secure your booking after the shoot details are confirmed via email, The remaining balance is due at the time of the session upon completion.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation/Late Arrival

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the time of the shoot to be valid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.

*Deposits are non-refundable in all cases except cancellations due to external factors like weather. In this case, cancellation fees will be waved.

No added fee for clients late arrival. However, session time and deliverables may be reduced accordingly. Any lost time or incomplete promised services are the responsibility of the client and will not be refunded.

Weather and Rescheduling

In the event of severe weather or any other external circumstances hindering the completion of service, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty. Deposits will be transferred to the new date.

Editing

Clients select their preferred images for editing unless otherwise agreed.

Editing includes color correction, distraction removal, exposure adjustment, basic retouching, and background cleanup where needed. Advanced retouching and image manipulation may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.

Usage Rights

Clients may use delivered images for personal and social media use.

Commercial use, branding, or promotional use requires prior permission and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

Photographer retains full copyright of all images.
